LEED Certification

Full LEED certification support for new builds, fit-outs and/or existing buildings, guiding projects to internationally recognized standards in energy, water, materials and indoor quality.

LEED is an internationally recognized certification system that evaluates the sustainability and environmental performance of buildings. We assess factors such as energy efficiency, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, the use of sustainable materials and the overall impact of a construction process on its surroundings. Your project earns points by meeting specific criteria, and based on the total score, it is awarded one of four certification levels.

The attainable LEED certification levels are:

LEED Certification

Key credit categories are:

The key credit categories of LEED certification are:

  • Location and Transportation – building location and its integration into the existing infrastructure
  • Sustainable Sites – environmentally responsible site development
  • Water Efficiency – indoor and outdoor water savings
  • Energy and Atmosphere – energy performance, renewable energy, operational emissions, commissioning, refrigerant selection
  • Materials and Resources – material selection and their environmental impact, recyclability, waste management
  • Indoor Environmental Quality – healthy and comfortable indoor environment
  • Innovation – advanced and innovative project solutions
  • Regional Priority – additional points for region-specific priorities

Who is LEED for?

LEED is particularly suitable for:

  • developers and investors planning new developments,
  • projects focused on renovation and modernization,
  • tenants implementing fit-outs and interior modifications,
  • owners and facility managers seeking to improve operational performance.

Depending on the type and scope of your project (new construction, renovation, fit-out, or existing building), we help you select the most appropriate LEED rating system.

Rating systems available in LEED versions v4, v4.1 and v5

  • LEED BD+C – Building Design and Construction
for entire buildings (Core & Shell, New Construction etc.)
  • LEED ID+C – Interior Design and Construction
    for interior fit-outs
  • LEED O+M – Operations and Maintenance
for existing buildings not undergoing major renovation or reconstruction

Expert Studies and Analyses

As part of the certification process, we provide a full range of services, including all required technical studies and analyses, such as LEED-compliant energy modeling. We can also leverage the energy model for further building energy optimization.

Expert studies include:

  • Daylighting
  • Energy performance
  • Interior lighting
  • Quality views
  • Indoor air quality assessment
  • Site assessment
  • Assessment of plant selection
  • Demand Response (load shedding and load shifting)
  • Thermal comfort
  • Thermographic survey
  • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
  • and other related areas

We also provide construction supervision and commissioning of technical systems in accordance with LEED requirements.

We deliver all LEED-related services in-house, which allows us to maintain full control over the entire process and guarantee consistent quality of every output we produce for you.
