Challenge
BREEAM In-Use certification of a logistics park comprising eleven buildings and 36,686.6 m² of assessed floor area, requiring a building-by-building assessment while maintaining a consistent standard across the entire portfolio over several years.
Solution
Successful completion of the certification of all eleven buildings, each achieving an Asset Performance rating of Excellent under BREEAM International In-Use: Commercial, Version 6, with scores ranging from 73.7% to 75.3%. Cooperation with the client ran from December 2022 through to the issuance of the final certificate in April 2026.
