We enhance property value, mitigate risks, and ensure buildings operate sustainably and technically without compromise. From thermographic building assessments and GRESB portfolio benchmarking to comprehensive ESG advisory, we provide the data, expertise, and certainty for every stage of your project.
Thermographic Assessment
Using a modern thermal imaging camera, we non-destructively identify heat losses and hidden defects in building structures: thermal bridges, gaps in insulation, areas at risk of condensation and mould, and leaks at structural joints. Measurements are carried out by certified thermography diagnostic technicians (Level 1 and Level 2). The output is a report with thermograms, photo documentation and specific recommendations for remediation and better energy efficiency.
Thermal imaging reveals defects that a standard visual inspection misses, so you can plan targeted remedial measures.
GRESB Assessment
We prepare real estate portfolios and funds for GRESB, the investor-driven international ESG benchmark. Our work covers gap analysis that quantifies the point impact of each measure, asset-level energy, water and waste data, full submission through the GRESB Portal, and an action plan for the next cycle. Clients are supported by a GRESB-accredited professional.
Your score is converted into a 1–5 star rating that shows how your portfolio compares with its peers, giving investors and banks standardized ESG data.
ESG Advisory
We support companies and real estate portfolios with ESG strategy, due diligence, data collection and reporting. We assess buildings across all three ESG pillars, including alignment with the EU Taxonomy. We also prepare reports under the CSRD/ESRS or the VSME, and use CRREM analysis to identify the year an asset falls off its decarbonization pathway.
ESG is about more than compliance. Robust ESG data supports financing and long-term asset value.
