Through its Environmental Advisory services, Grinity supports responsible corporate governance by professionally managing the environmental agenda and ensuring compliance with media-specific legislation governing each environmental medium. Our work focuses on corporate ecology and occupational health and safety (OHS) in industrial companies, as well as on environmental aspects in the real estate sector through due diligence instruments. Our environmental services portfolio covers the full spectrum of environmental matters – from Environmental Due Diligence of land and property at the pre-acquisition stage, through EHS audits and the management of corporate ecology and OHS, to comprehensive product stewardship across the entire product life cycle. Our services include, in particular, assessment of the environmental risks of a given site, verification that operating activities comply with the applicable legislation, maintenance of waste records and preparation of returns for the ISPOP system, outsourcing of the roles of corporate environmental manager and competent person for OHS and fire protection, and support in meeting the regulatory requirements arising from the REACH Regulation (SCIP database) and the RoHS Directive. Environmental Due Diligence

Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) is a pre-acquisition assessment of land or property for environmental risks and liabilities. We carry it out in accordance with ASTM standards for ESA Phase I and II and offer it together with geotechnical, hydrogeological, asbestos or UXO surveys for a single, consolidated site report.

EHS Audit
