Challenge
Advisory across energy efficiency, water management, material verification, and indoor environmental quality, ensuring both buildings perform to modern sustainability standards and align with earlier certified phases of the Waltrovka development.
Solution
Meeting demanding sustainability expectations for two new office buildings, Legatica and Metalica, within the large Nová Waltrovka complex in Prague 5, while coordinating energy systems, greenery, parking, and cycling facilities at scale.
