City Opatov II
Challenge
Delivery of a large-scale rental housing development within a multi-year project involving several phases, stakeholders, and specialist teams. The project required continuous technical oversight, effective coordination, and a thorough final inspection of more than 300 apartments and extensive common areas.
Solution
From 2022 to 2025, a team of 17 specialists provided comprehensive technical services throughout the entire project lifecycle. Our scope included Technical Due Diligence, Contract Solutions, Technical Advisory, Technical Monitoring, and final Technical Due Diligence, including detailed inspections of all apartments and common areas. Close cooperation and a smooth handover between project teams supported the successful completion of 307 residential units, commercial premises, and 309 parking spaces.
