Challenge
Energy optimization of the hotel portfolio for Courtyard by Marriott in the Czech Republic (Prague, Pilsen, and Brno) focused on technical equipment of buildings.
Solution
Design of a set of operational measures prioritizing low-investment requirements and maximizing efficiency in terms of economic returns, while also allocating CAPEX for essential upgrades to the buildings´ technical equipment.
