Challenge
Energy optimization of the portfolio of 11 retail parks and residential buildings based on the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) methodology, the standard for the development of new projects in terms of energy efficiency.
Solution
Setting up a strategic set of energy-saving measures for the client´s buildings, including determining the investment requirements and economic returns. On the basis of close cooperation with the client, building standards were created for its future development.
