Grinity announced that it has been awarded renewal of its WELL Health-Safety Rating for Facility and Operations Management by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The prestigious distinction affirms that Grinity has maintained the requirements of the WELL HealthSafety Rating, which addresses consistent air and water quality management, cleaning and sanitization procedures, emergency preparedness programs, access to health service resources, and stakeholder engagement and communications.
The renewal is a crucial step in our organization’s WELL Health-Safety Rating journey. It verifies that Grinity which had previously been awarded the rating has actively sustained the distinction, which must be validated annually to be maintained. Grinity was awarded renewal of the WELL HealthSafety Rating following the successful completion of third-party documentation review to confirm it has continued to meet the feature-specific intents and requirements.
